Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at a well-established Food Equipment Manufacturer. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our products, from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including procedures and work instructions
  • Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
