HGV Technician Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at Gregory Group. As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fault-finding issues with vehicles and trailers using the latest diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Maintain vehicles and trailers in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our fleet workshop team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualified HGV Technician up to Level 3 or part-qualified HGV Technician up to Level 2.
  • 3 years of previous experience in HGV maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
