An exciting opportunity exists for two Improvement Advisor positions within the Nursing and Systems Improvement Directorate at NHS Scotland. These roles are pivotal in facilitating the implementation of the Excellence in Care Programme (EiC).

The EiC initiative represents a nationwide strategy designed to instill confidence in patients regarding the uniformity and quality of care they can expect across NHS Scotland.

We seek dynamic, experienced, and motivated professionals to aid in the evolution, execution, and enhancement of the Excellence in Care framework. The primary focus will be on:

  • Developing, testing, and disseminating various measures and methodologies aimed at fostering safe, effective, and patient-centered improvements in healthcare.

The ideal candidates will possess a proven history of employing diverse improvement strategies across various settings and will have demonstrated success in collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
