We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Lamb & Lion, a popular pub in Bath City Centre. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop your team to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Work closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision for the pub
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the manager's absence
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture
