About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at Bristol Aerospace. As a key member of our culinary team, you will report directly to our Head Chef and be responsible for producing high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the running of a busy events department
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Ensure all HACCP forms are completed weekly and monitor wastage and manage stock rotation
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to design new and exciting dishes
  • Be able to work under pressure and multitask effectively
