Job Title: Commis Chef

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at SSP. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining exceptional food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including meat and vegetable preparation, and assist fellow chefs as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties.
  • Execute precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes, and confidently cook completed dishes from the menu.
  • Help with deliveries and assist in stock rotation.
