About the Role

As a Breakfast Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient shifts, delivering outstanding guest experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction - Greet guests, take orders, and provide a friendly and professional service.
  • Food and Beverage Service - Prepare and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Upselling and Cash Handling - Upsell food and beverage items and handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance - Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor.
  • Conference and Events Service - Serve guests in our conference and events areas.
  • Room Service and Customer Service - Assist with room service orders and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Health and Safety - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Training and Development - Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
