About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Assistant to join our team at AC Marriott Belfast. As a Breakfast Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to guests, promoting our hotel's offerings.
  • Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with room service orders and serve guests in our conference and events areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to guest feedback and concerns.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
