About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Rafferty Resourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide clear and concise solutions.
  • Work closely with the estimating function to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide insightful market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with product development and technical support teams to understand product offerings and their applications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales and client relationship management, ideally within technical industries.
  • Qualifications in business and/or marketing (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
