Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at the Bridgwater facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, overseeing maintenance and security, and driving business growth through targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management: Ensure smooth and secure daily operations of the facility, including maintenance and security of the units.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory and coordinate with headquarters for efficient service delivery.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  4. Financial Management: Manage financial records and address billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team, including training and coaching staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will also have a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of driving growth and improving efficiency.
