We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NexGen Consultancy LTD. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
