Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Literacy Leader to join our team at Global Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a deep understanding of data and artificial intelligence across our customers' organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable AI Adoption: Accelerate the safe adoption of AI capabilities and features, including existing products such as CoPilot, and develop the organization's own Machine Learning and AI models using business data from the Data Science Team.
  • Understand Evolving Needs: This business-facing role requires close working with staff across the organization to understand their evolving needs. Your goal is to find the right solutions and capabilities that align with these needs.
  • Guidelines and Training: Lead the production of training materials and guidelines for safe and appropriate AI and data usage by staff.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with CDAIO and other senior leaders to set a roadmap for transformation initiatives related to AI and data improvement. The roadmap will guide the AI and data journey, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Delivery and Implementation: Work alongside the Senior Data Business Partner and technical applications teams to drive AI and data capabilities. The role bridges the gap between strategy and execution.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of data literacy, data science, and artificial intelligence, with the ability to explain these topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience working in a complex environment, acting as an internal expert, and advising leaders on strategic needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven record in project and portfolio delivery.
  • Extensive experience working collaboratively with diverse colleagues.
  • Desirable - Experience creating data and AI literacy programs within formal education and as part of lifelong learning initiatives.
