Job Summary:

Fitch Group, a global leader in financial information services, is seeking a highly skilled Data Literacy Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Chief Data Office, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive data literacy program that drives business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Framework: Design and execute a robust data literacy framework and roadmap that aligns with Fitch Group's business objectives.
  • Tackle Program Management: Lead the day-to-day management of the data literacy program, track results, and adapt our approach based on emerging trends, business needs, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Shape Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that includes identifying and acquiring high-quality data literacy content, building a business case for new content acquisitions, and deciding when to create bespoke content.
  • Create Content: Design and develop engaging data literacy modules and materials, including quizzes, short articles, videos, interactive content, one-pagers, and more.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in data literacy program management and/or curriculum development.
  • Skills:
    • Passion for Data: Enthusiasm for data, emerging technology, statistics, analytics, and related topics, especially in teaching them to colleagues new to the space.
    • Communication Skills: Impeccable command of English with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
    • Media Production Skills: Experience in video and podcast production, or a willingness and ability to learn light production.
    • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable working style, capable of pivoting easily and managing effectively through change.
