Data Literacy Program Manager

Fitch Group is seeking a Data Literacy Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data literacy framework and roadmap. This role is part of the Chief Data Office, which is executing a multi-year strategy to leverage data to innovate and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data literacy framework and roadmap
- Lead the day-to-day management of the data literacy program
- Shape content strategy and create data literacy modules and materials
- Drive internal marketing campaigns to pair data literacy efforts with the adoption of new data tools and programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in data literacy program management and/or curriculum development
- Passion for data and emerging technology
- Excellent communication and media production skills
- Collaborative nature and adaptability
