Join Our Team as a Data Literacy Program Manager

Fitch Group is seeking a highly skilled Data Literacy Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise data literacy framework and roadmap. This role is part of the Chief Data Office, which is driving a multi-year strategy to leverage data to innovate and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data literacy framework and roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the data literacy program, track results, and adapt our approach based on emerging trends, business needs, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Shape content strategy by finding the best content from current vendors, building the business case for new content acquisitions, and deciding when to create bespoke content.
  • Create engaging data literacy modules and materials, including quizzes, short articles, videos, interactive content, one-pagers, and more.
  • Collaborate across businesses and functions to ensure a coordinated approach across business lines and corporate functions.
  • Drive internal marketing campaigns to pair data literacy efforts with the adoption of new data tools and programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, plus 7-10 years of experience in data literacy program management and/or curriculum development.
  • Passion for data, emerging technology, statistics, analytics, and related topics, especially in teaching them to colleagues new to the space.
  • Impeccable command of English with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in video and podcast production, or a willingness and ability to learn light production.
