About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to join our team at Ettington Chase Hotel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's grounds, public areas, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of The Venues Collection by effectively monitoring Ettington Chase Hotel security, grounds maintenance, and any small works repairs that may arise.
  • Ensure that maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with all Statutory Requirements and Company HSE.
  • Carry out regular security walks and record any report any areas of concern.
  • Provide access to and monitor any third-party contractors that may visit site.
  • Cleaning of public areas and outside reception entrance and carparks.
  • Maintain the grounds, lawns, shrubs using the gardening equipment provided.
