About the Role

A public sector organisation is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Surveyor to oversee the maintenance and inspection of residential properties in the Greater Manchester area. As a key member of a small team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance surveys and quinquennial inspections, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough maintenance surveys and quinquennial inspections of residential properties
  • Deliver specifications and reports on the back of inspections
  • Work autonomously in a small team environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services

Requirements

  • Qualified Building Surveyor with MRICS or MCIOB certification
  • Experience in delivering pre- and post-inspections, specifications, and reports
  • Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
