We are currently seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Supervisor to join our accomplished team.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will oversee a small team of inventory specialists at client locations while conducting stock assessments. You will ensure that inventory counts are executed efficiently and professionally using advanced scanning technology.
Training: No prior experience in inventory management is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of inventory personnel, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations. Conduct inventory assessments utilizing our proprietary inventory management system. Maintain communication with clients throughout the inventory process. Adhere to client-specific protocols. Meet all service level agreements established with clients. Train and support new inventory staff. Address any inquiries from team members regarding inventory procedures. Achieve productivity and accuracy benchmarks. Ensure timely and accurate submission of electronic inventory data and related documentation. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Capability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated with a desire to learn. Adaptable and flexible. Possession of a valid driving license.Additional Information:
This role involves manual handling tasks including lifting, pushing, and carrying. Travel to various locations may be required.Benefits:
Minimum of 6 hours of work per day. Bonus potential of up to £300 monthly. Competitive salary structure. Accrued holiday pay. Wagestream: Access to 40% of earned wages before payday.
