Join Our Team as an Engineering Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Engineering Development Program (EDP) as an Engineering Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical engineering, automation, and controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects in close collaboration with experts from various departments
  • Contribute to the development of project concepts and specifications
  • Support the preparation of investment applications
  • Monitor and control work carried out in collaboration with subcontractors and internal departments
  • Ensure the final acceptance of installations and handover to production
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation, and control engineering or a related field
  • Ability to understand plant processes, equipment, and controls
  • Capacity to support technical challenges on site
  • Drive to learn and develop skills to support the plant and contribute to future sustainability
  • Relevant experiences gained during studies, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Curiosity to explore other locations within the scope of a rotation and willingness to travel across Europe
  • Hands-on mentality and passion for driving sustainable solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Open-mindedness, authenticity, and openness
  • Business fluent English and good MS-Office skills
