Responsibilities and Qualifications

As an Engineering Trainee, you will be responsible for managing projects in close cooperation with experts from various departments. You will actively contribute to the development of project concepts and specifications, support the preparation of investment applications, and control and monitor the work carried out in close cooperation with subcontractors and internal departments. You will also be responsible for the final acceptance of installations and handover to production.

Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your degree in electrical engineering, automation and control engineering or similar.
  • You have the capability to understand plant process, equipment and controls, and the ability to support technical challenges on site.
  • You have the drive and wish to learn and develop your skills to enable you to support the plant and play a key role in future sustainability.
  • You have gained first relevant experiences during your studies, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • You are curious to get to know other locations within the scope of a rotation and are willing to travel across Europe accordingly.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and want to drive sustainable solutions for our company with passion and knowledge and bring your ideas to the table.
  • Communication and teamwork skills are among your strengths.
  • You like to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • Open-mindedness, authenticity, and openness characterize you.
  • You have business fluent English as well as good MS-Office skills.
