Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Future Engineering. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
