Job Overview

Position Summary:

This role encompasses both office-based and field sales responsibilities. The sales division focuses on the advancement of safety solutions tailored for the construction and facilities management industries. Key elements of this position include sales forecasting, execution of strategic plans, and the cultivation of essential relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to independently generate sales through quoting and pursuing opportunities from active project pipelines, alongside seeking new business within designated sectors and specific end users. You will strategically target relevant industrial markets while employing company-specific methodologies to engage potential new, existing, and dormant clients. Comprehensive training will be provided regarding the products, services, and sectors in which the company specializes.

We anticipate that you will become an integral member of the sales team and the broader organization, collaborating closely with the General Manager to contribute directly to the strategic growth of the company’s offerings.

Your Role will emphasize four main areas:

1. Growth in sales of height safety products and services

2. Expansion of end-user sales

3. Development of long-term customer relationships

4. Enhancement and maintenance of profit margins

Your Key Responsibilities will encompass:


• Achieving personal sales targets.


• Daily reporting of sales activities and quotations.


• Proactive management of key accounts and contracts with a focus on generating new business.


• Generating inquiries through sales calls and maximizing lead generation systems.


• Creating quotations based on customer inquiries in accordance with relevant design standards.


• Following up on quotations and documenting feedback in the project tracking database.


• Participating in monthly review meetings to assess results and provide insights for improving future performance and conversion rates.


• Conducting site visits as necessary to gather information for quotations.


• Developing significant new accounts, major contractors, installers, and end users.


• Undertaking additional tasks within the Sales Development area as directed by the General Manager.
