Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Pride Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Tier 2-4 accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Business Development: Convert qualified leads into sales, forecast sales performance, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Event Success: Promote company events, engage with Tier 2-4 customers, and facilitate tactical promotion communications.
  • Delegate Calls/Meetings: Respond to delegate feedback, conduct calls with previous year delegates, and attend company meetings and events.
  • Other: Manage invoicing and aged debt, provide excellent customer service, and build the company brand within the Cyber Security community.
