Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking a skilled Philanthropy Fundraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the organization's philanthropy and special events strategy, securing income from high net worth individuals to meet agreed targets.

  • Develop and implement a cultivation and stewardship events calendar to raise awareness of the organization's work and engage new prospects.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential donors, working closely with the Philanthropy Team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of donors, providing timely and detailed reporting to ensure donor satisfaction and long-term financial commitment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Finance, and Fundraising to develop proposals and impact reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposal submissions and stewardship on Mission CRM.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working at a similar level within a charity, excellent computer literacy skills, and the ability to review and analyze complex donor requirements.

  • First-class written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different types of applications.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues in a succinct and compelling way to prospective donors.
