About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Magna House Hospital. As a key member of our Acute Inpatient Mental Health Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to patients with complex needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Identify and manage risks, taking proactive steps to prevent harm and promote a safe environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Ability to work on shift/rota patterns, including nights and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
