Private Equity Investment Manager

Overview:

Allbyn is seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Investment Manager to join our team. As a leading opportunistic real estate fund, we manage over $100 billion in assets across various sectors, including residential, industrial, hospitality, retail, and student housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute asset business strategies to maximize asset income, performance, and capital value.
  • Provide input and guidance during acquisition and redevelopment stages, oversee leasing, value enhancement, and asset management throughout the holding period, and support the disposal process.
  • Manage day-to-day portfolio operations, aiming to maximize asset income, performance, and capital value.
  • Collaborate with and support the Investment team in deal evaluation and due diligence processes, ensuring the viability of new investment opportunities from a value-add perspective.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for the investment committee, contribute to quarterly reporting, and monitor asset performance.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of real estate experience gained in an investment bank, private equity, investment management, corporate finance boutique, or Big 4.
  • Experience in assisting with management and underwriting of real estate transactions.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills.
  • Additional European languages are advantageous but not essential.
