About the Role:

As our first HR & Talent Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up, implementing best practices and policies that support our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
