Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, architecture, and technical support of our core technology, focusing on.NET Core, the AWS Serverless stack, React JS, and other key technologies.
  • Build and scale a local engineering team, working closely with the CTO to ensure recruitment and onboarding of top-tier talent in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the product lead to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and alignment with market needs.
  • Be hands-on in the development process, ensuring high-quality code and successful deployment of software solutions.
  • Define and implement best practices for software engineering, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as product, sales, and customer support to deliver a cohesive, high-quality product.
  • Maintain a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and security as we continue to evolve our technology stack.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with.NET Core, AWS Serverless architectures, React JS, and other key technologies.
  • Proven track record in leading development teams and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems and be hands-on with development.
  • Experience in building and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ideal experience with IoT, connected vehicles/telematics, or CCTV solutions.
