Care Home Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care plans, making necessary adjustments to meet changing needs.
- Work closely with the area manager to ensure CQC compliance and maintain a good relationship with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
- Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
- Experience and knowledge of working in dementia, residential, and nursing care.
- Experience managing a care team.
- Strong understanding of the care inspectorate, safeguarding, and compliance.
