Factory Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our factory operations, ensuring that production targets are met and that the factory runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production process, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities
  • Oversee the quality of production, ensuring that products meet the required standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including line leaders and engineers
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that they are within budget
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets customer demands
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in factory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
