HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Gardiner Bros & Co (Leathers) Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases effectively.
  • Provide hands-on HR support, coaching, and mentoring to our teams to ensure best practice.
  • Complete HR administration tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all actions comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Master our HR system, HiBob, and support the team in maximising its potential.
  • Contribute to initiatives including ED&I, recruitment, learning and development, and other ad hoc projects to help shape and enhance our culture.
What We're Looking For:
  • A genuine love for working with people and a belief that how we treat people matters.
  • Experience in managing multiple employee relation cases.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • CIPD qualifications are valued but practical experience is equally important.
  • Availability for regular office presence, with flexible hybrid working options.
