About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a residential and supported living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and deliver exceptional results
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding care and deliver exceptional results
