We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a residential and supported living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and deliver exceptional results
- Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and promote a positive work environment
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding care and deliver exceptional results
