**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Quality Assurance Team and assist with various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process learner registrations and certifications on our management system (Quartz).
  • Provide administration support to the Quality Assurance Team as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, including responding to member enquiries and providing general office support.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, to perform daily tasks.
  • Previous experience with iMIS and Quartz is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent customer service skills and a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
