  • Support system developments related to Payroll and Pension objectives, including payroll system changes and design implementation projects.
  • Handle complex pension issues and queries, ensuring effective resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Team Management and Development
  • Lead the pension team to meet deadlines and requirements, ensuring efficient and effective team performance.
  • Contribute to training and development under the guidance of the Payroll Lead, enhancing team skills and knowledge.
System and Process Improvement
  • Support payroll system changes, including development, testing, and implementation, to ensure seamless integration and effective operation.
  • Provide input into design and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with Payroll and Pension objectives.
Audit Support
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to pensions and payroll, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective audit management.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of pension schemes and statutory regulations.
  • Experience with payroll and pension systems, particularly MHR iTrent.
  • Experience in handling audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
