IFA Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team in Saffron Walden. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to clients, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of business, and providing administrative support for the onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update client data in a secure environment.
  • Prepare client reviews, update cash flow models, and produce supporting reports.
  • Liaise with clients by telephone, letter, and email to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Work with administrative staff to ensure application and provider forms are prepared as required.
  • Coordinate with other professional advisers to implement an agreed action plan.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with high net worth UK resident private clients and delivering financial planning and investment management services. They will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
