Job Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

STONEMONT PARTNERS LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our financial planning and analysis activities, providing key insights and recommendations to drive financial performance and strategy as our development's growth plans take shape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, cashflow and performance tracking.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and delivery of quarterly reforecast.
  • Own the Group Business Plan model.
  • Manage reporting and support on analysis associated with the Expansion Development.
  • Build consistent FP+A processes for reporting and modelling.
  • Manage the FP&A activities, providing insightful analysis and trend forecasts to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assist in strategic planning and evaluation.
  • Assess, monitor, and interpret KPIs / metrics to ensure financial performance targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Professional accountant qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with 3-4 years PQE.
  • Property experience is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in FP+A.
  • Excellent modelling skills with experience of building and working with analytical tools.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and results driven.
  • Passionate about problem-solving with a logical and collaborative approach.
