Key Responsibilities- Drive Workplace Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall workplace experience, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
- Manage Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office services.
- Lead Employee Events: Plan and execute engaging and creative events for employees, including monthly office events, company celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including EAs, IT, Onboarding, and People Operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality services and excellent customer service.
- Collect and Share Insights: Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Maintain Physical Security: Ensure the office is compliant with all health and safety regulations, including fire drills and first aid training.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in workplace experience, office management, or a related field, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to various audiences.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including global peers, to achieve business outcomes.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, and other digital tools, with experience in project management software, such as Asana and Coda.
