Job Title: Bureau Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Bureau Administrator. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track customer orders and other administrative tasks.
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Completing all administration for customer orders, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for administration and organization.
