Job Summary:

Rosemount IFAs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process client paperwork, including business submissions and new business for pension and investment plans.
  • Produce client portfolio reviews and new business illustrations.
  • Manage client information on XPLAN and liaise with product providers and third parties.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and collating information.
  • Assist with trading on provider platforms and other tasks as allocated by management.
Requirements:
  • Experience/knowledge of life, pension, and investment plans.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role is essential.

  • Competitive salary range: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year.
