The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing paperwork for client meetings, business submissions, and the processing of new business for pension and investment plans.
- Producing client portfolio reviews and new business illustrations.
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties to obtain information on clients' existing arrangements.
- Inputting and maintaining client information on XPLAN.
- Performing routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and collating information.
Requirements:
- Experience/knowledge of life, pension, and investment plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent proactive attitude towards work.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Highly organized with a good attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role is essential, minimum 2 years.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent.
