Rosemount Independent Financial Advisers is a well-established and stable financial advisory practice based in the UK.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing paperwork for client meetings, business submissions, and the processing of new business for pension and investment plans.
  • Producing client portfolio reviews and new business illustrations.
  • Liaising with product providers and other third parties to obtain information on clients' existing arrangements.
  • Inputting and maintaining client information on XPLAN.
  • Performing routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and collating information.

Requirements:

  • Experience/knowledge of life, pension, and investment plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent proactive attitude towards work.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines.
  • Highly organized with a good attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role is essential, minimum 2 years.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent.
