Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies Service, including managing and coordinating administrative tasks, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, service data, and administrative documents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.

Requirements
