NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Talking Therapies Service in Havering. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies Service, including managing and coordinating administrative tasks, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, service data, and administrative documents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals and objectives, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
