Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while maintaining and improving clinical standards in a busy care home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, including medication management and wound care.
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- RGN / RMN / RNLD qualification.
- Valid PIN.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.
- 44 hours per week, with paid breaks.
- Pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per year.
- NMC paid.
- Uniform and DBS provided.
- Onsite parking.
