We are seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Match customers with the right car, ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit their needs.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
  • Meet monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience preferred but not essential.
