Key Responsibilities

The technical support team serves as the primary liaison among software developers, customer success teams, product management, researchers, and clients.

Engage directly with clients to assist them in deploying our solutions in diverse environments (cloud, on-premise, CI/CD pipelines).

Utilize modern enterprise video communication tools to connect with clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our software.

Work alongside software developers to comprehend product features and relay insights regarding real-world customer usage.

Essential Skills

Required:

  • A strong passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux/Unix.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, or virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, with experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in the cybersecurity field is advantageous but not mandatory; a genuine interest in this area is more important.
  • Familiarity with a programming language.
