Job Overview

Nine Twenty Recruitment is actively seeking an Export Coordinator to enhance the operations of our esteemed Manufacturing client on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee customer orders, shipments, and related commercial activities in alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring effective coordination of stock needs.
  • Communicate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and storage facilities regarding the dispatch of orders.
  • Implement efficient stock management practices.
  • Maintain and manage data, including import/export documentation and compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Handle forecasts, stock depletion rates, and provide relevant marketing and product information.
  • Ensure availability of stock for dispatching samples to clients.
  • Manage a diverse workload while servicing various customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an export setting.
  • Language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative and practical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
