Position: Admin Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Pay: £11.53 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our team in Ipswich on a full-time, temporary basis. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing electronic communications, preparing and sending standard correspondence, reviewing case files, and engaging with stakeholders via phone, email, or letter.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic Post Management: Manage and organize incoming electronic communications to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepare and send standard letters and reports to creditors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Case File Review: Assess case files and take appropriate follow-up actions to ensure compliance and resolution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with debtors, directors, the public, and private sector firms via phone, email, or letter to resolve queries and provide support.
  • Database Management: Ensure accurate data input and maintenance of our systems to support business operations.


Skills & Requirements:

  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
