About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgage financing to clients, working closely with our network of top estate agents and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on mortgage financing to clients
  • Work closely with our network of top estate agents and property developers
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and/or UK financial services experience
