As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting UK and non-UK residents in obtaining mortgage financing for their UK property purchases. You will work closely with our network of over 150 top estate agents and property developers, providing expert advice on the mortgage and house buying process to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals
• Source and secure mortgage financing for clients through our extensive network of lenders
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products and the house buying process
• Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements

To join Capricorn Financial Consultancy as a Mortgage Advisor, you will need to hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 or RO1). You should be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business on our platform.
