We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team at Capricorn Financial Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them achieve their property goals.

• Work with a wide range of clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals, to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents, property developers, and other industry partners to generate quality leads.
• Utilize our extensive network of mortgage products and specialist lending options to deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry.

• Hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 or RO1) and be comfortable working in a self-employed, commission-only environment.
• Have a strong understanding of the UK property market and/or UK financial services experience.
