About the Role

The Supply Chain Manager is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for managing and planning stock investment while maximizing availability to support our business and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the supply chain strategy to drive efficiency, service, and value for money.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage colleagues in a positive manner and drive team engagement.
  • Analyze stock holdings and commitment to ensure future orders are appropriate to fulfill forecast sales demand.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve systems and processes.
  • Manage and prioritize effectively to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with the ability to understand and interpret financial, sales, and other commercial information.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels with internal and external colleagues and partners.
  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and change management.
  • Prior knowledge of WSSI and Stock Budget management within a retail environment.
  • ERP/WMS/Allocation & Replenishment System experience.
  • Data manipulation and analytics skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within our organization and with suppliers.
